Shipping Policy:

KickBox India offers free shipping for all orders above Rs.7000, PAN India. We charge flat Rs. 150/- per crate as shipping charges for all orders below Rs. 7000. We have the most trusted and reliable shipping partners and delivery channels to ensure safety and timely delivery of your orders. We have prepared our inventory in such a way that our customers receives the order within 3-7 working days depending upon the customer's location. The tracking details are sent on customer's registered E-mail address within 48 hours of our warehouse dispatch. We have Cash On Delivery Available only in New Delhi.

Refund Policy:

All KickBox sales are deemed to be final and non-refundable/returnable orders. In case the product(s) ordered by the customer are out of stock or if delivery is not possible to their respective pin code , then we ensure that 100% refund is made to the customer’s account within 7 working days. It may take up to 30 days for the payment to be credited to the customers bank account.

Returns & Replacements:

All KickBox sales are deemed to be final and non-refundable/returnable orders. All KickBox products are individually checked and packed by our quality-control team to ensure no damaged goods leave our warehouse. KickBox has the right to refuse replacement if the damage to any piece is done is due to incorrect assembly. KickBox shall replace/refund any damaged, defective or incorrect product subject to if the customer has shared a video proof (showing opening of the seal sticker and the damaged pieces inside), within 24 hours of delivery, via e-mail or WhatsApp. Our team will reach out and address your issue within 7 working days.

Cancellation:

Orders once placed, can only be cancelled until they are not dispatched from our warehouse. No cancellation is allowed once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse and are in-transit for delivery. The full amount shall be credited in the customer's bank account within 7 working days for the cancelled purchase, without deducting any cancellation fees.
